A Message from Umatilla County Health Department to Parents

COVID-19 is on the rise in Oregon and here in Umatilla County.  In the last two weeks, our office has had a sharp increase in the number of teens and young adults positive for COVID-19 who have reported attending a party.  Parents: please help prevent the spread of COVID-19 by ensuring that your teen is not out partying.  The more people that your teen interacts with and the longer the interaction lasts, the higher the potential risk of becoming infected with COVID-19.  We are aware of one or more large parties planned in your area for the upcoming weekend.  Please ensure that your teen is not in attendance.
